STRONGMAN DISCIPLINES

Truck pull

A car has to be pulled over a certain distance.

Chisel tree trunk (log lift)

A tree trunk or a pipe has to be lifted over the head. Both arms must be stretched. Appropriate handles are attached to the tree trunk or pipe.

Wheel flip

A large truck tire needs to be set up and turned as often as possible.

Carrying suitcases (Farmerswalk)

In each hand a weight, the athlete has to cover a certain distance. The objects must be worn on the side of the body.

Hold weights (hold crucifix)

Weights are held on outstretched arms next to the body at shoulder level for as long as possible.
