Question: How do you feel as a Mr. Olympia Amateur 2011?
Murat Demir: The title means a lot to me, especially the first one to hold the title makes me proud!
I feel like I'm on the Olimp!

Question: How long have you been training? How did you get into bodybuilding?
Murat Demir: I've been training for over 20 years!
Am to bodybuilding through the sandals movies from Steve Reeves in the role of Hercules and Arnie come through Conan the barbarian!Question: How do you train? Please describe your weekly schedule.
Murat Demir: My training is not tied to a specific program!
Train instinctively, example: volume training, HIT, FST 7 etc. use everything alternately!
Mo: Quadriceps, Calves
Di: chest, biceps, triceps
Mi: Frei
Do: hamstrings, back shoulders, abs
Fr: Frei
Sa: back, shouldersQuestion: You can often admire your meals on Facebook. Do you cook yourself How important is nutrition to you?
Murat Demir: I mostly cook myself! I would say 60% nutrition is responsible for the form!

Question: Are there any competitions planned for this year? What are your future plans?
Murat Demir: There are actually no competitions planned for this year, but anyone who knows me knows that I sometimes decide on a competition at short notice!
My future plans are to win the Arnold Classics!
And to continue successfully with our supplement shops and the webshop
to build www.universeofsupplements.de!

Question: What would you recommend if someone wanted to look like you?
Murat Demir: I would recommend that you picture a picture in your head and fight relentlessly for it, with iron discipline. That's how I achieved my goals!
