Paul Poloczek was born in the Silesia region in Poland. When he was only a few years old, he immigrated to Germany with his parents. He currently lives near Stuttgart. In his childhood he was a passionate footballer. He turned his attention to bodybuilding when he was 16 - what interested him in the discipline was the ability to decide how your body should look and shape it according to personal preferences.
Its first success came after 2.5 years of intensive training in the gym - in 2004 it became the German junior champion. A year later he won the German junior vice champion title, while 2008 - 3rd place in German championships in the Open category.
