Rich Gaspari

Frank Sinatra, Bruce Springsteen, and Jon Bon Jovi are all well known New Jersey residents. But when it comes to muscles, our favorite garden state son is none other than Rich Gaspari.

Rich started out as Lee Haneys Training partner and eventually became his most dangerous competition rival. He took muscle definition to extremes and turned nutrition into a science.

Rich Gaspari was one of the youngest athletes to ever go pro and remains one of the most popular men in the sport to this day. First he was a powerlifter, then a bodybuilder, and now a businessman.

Er ist Rich Gaspari, "The hardest working guy in the business," and he's as ambitious as ever.

After finishing his career, Gaspari worked as a training and nutrition consultant in the fitness sector. In 2004 Gaspari founded his own nutritional supplement company, which bears his name: Gaspari Nutrition.
