Day 1: chest, shoulder, triceps
Morning: chest and a little stomach,
In the evening: front and side shoulders and triceps
Day 2: back, back shoulders, neck, biceps
Morning: back. Barbell and dumbbell rows, deadlifts, T-bar rows.
In the evening: back with lat pulldowns and short trade covers, back shoulders, neck, biceps
Day 3: legs
Morning: Calves as first exercises, then hamstrings.
In the evening: a few more sets of hamstrings, 10 sets of squats
Day 4: break
This training program is only recommended for advanced athletes.
It requires a diet rich in carbohydrates and protein, as well as adequate regeneration.
