Muscle shirts banned in the gym?

The young athletes, after 2 weeks of training, wear wide-cut muscle shirts. They want to show everyone what kind of “animals” they have become.

The athletes look with tired smiles and think “I hope I wasn't like that before”.

The older women look in the mirror to see if their hair is still sitting.

The older men do not pay any attention to the muscle shirt wearers, after all they are not women, although ...

Every gym is guaranteed to find someone with a loud "Yuck, he was bare-chested on my bench", the trainer calls to complain.

The trainers admonish the "muscle shirt wearer" and threaten with repetition with a ban and termination without notice.

But is that legal, may a fitness studio forbid a customer from wearing a muscle shirt on the weight bench or leg press?

The Hanover Regional Court says no and declares the immediate termination of a customer due to such a ban on the part of the studio to be invalid. The studio remains sitting on a bill of 1526 euros court costs.
