A large part of our research is concerned with the question of why muscle tissue is broken down more quickly after the age of 50. But we are also investigating how to avoid this loss and how older athletes respond to weight training. What we and other scientists have found is that a weakened response to the Aminosäure Leucin plays a crucial role in muscle loss in old age. This has provided useful information that can be used to reverse the aging process of muscle tissue. MEHR ÜBER LEUCIN UND ÄLTERE ATHLETEN > >
